Actually real culprits are our politicians and even poor, state of poverty, low quality life is gift of politicians indirectly. But our politicians are very much insensitive towards this issue and blamed it on the failure of family planning program by telling bogus things like if they are not capable to feed them why they are giving birth such children. It means only politicians in Odisha are capable to feed their child. Only way to do that they are doing corruption and illegal mining. They are also taking house in capital by misusing discretionary quota. So no need to sale their children in open market.
